The York-Eglinton Business Improvement Area (BIA) represents the 200+ businesses and property owners in the commercial district along Eglinton Avenue West between Marlee Avenue and Dufferin Street. Formed in 1981, it is one of the oldest BIAs to be recognized and approved City of Toronto.
The BIA strengthens the economic health and livability of the neighbourhood through strategic investments in the public realm, cultural programming, brand awareness and advocacy on behalf of all members.
We are part of the Toronto Association of Business Improvement Areas (TABIA) and the Ontario Association of Business Improvement Areas (OBIAA).

We carefully select our vendors to ensure that they represent the best of Eglinton West, Best of the Jamaican culture and our local street food and art scene. From classic favorites to innovative new creations, our vendors offer something for everyone. From hand made clothing to art and knowledge...we have you covered.
In addition to amazing food, we also feature live music by internally renowned Reggae star Tarrus Riley, Dean Fraser and the Black soil Band and other entertainment throughout the festival. There's always something fun and exciting happening at the LITTLE JAMAICA FESTIVAL Festival!
We are thrilled to offer a myriad of kid and family-friendly activities that promise endless fun and excitement for all ages. From colorful jumping castles that will ignite the imagination and provide hours of bouncing delight to vibrant face painting stations where children can transform into their favorite characters or creatures, there will be something for every young adventurer to enjoy. Our aim is to create a joyful and inclusive atmosphere where families can come together, create lasting memories, and celebrate the rich cultural tapestry of Jamaica. With a lineup of engaging activities designed to spark laughter and foster creativity, the Little Jamaica Festival is set to be a day filled with unforgettable moments for the whole family.
As we celebrate the vibrant culture and spirit of Little Jamaica at our upcoming festival, we encourage all visitors to not only immerse themselves in the festivities but also to support our local businesses that contribute so much to the essence of our community. From the relaxing services at Casual Salon to the fresh and flavorful produce of caribbeanfarmfresh.com, the lively beats of Sunshine Sound, the mouthwatering treats from Spence's Bakery, and the iconic flavors of Raps, there's something for everyone to enjoy. LITTLE JAMAICA FESTIVAL will be located on Eglinton Avenue W between Dufferin St and Eglinton West Station midtown Toronto.
No, there is no entrance fee for LITTLE JAMAICA FESTIVAL. We are non-for-profit organization , if you want to donate you can at the entry gates. However, you will need to purchase food tickets to buy food from the vendors and drink tickets to buy from the bear garden.
